When I Grow Up

When I grow up, I want to be a lawyer. The reason I want to be one is because it’s a well paying job, and I think I would be good at it. Also my mom is a lawyer, and my aunt is one too, so I already have family who does it, so why not me? How I could become a lawyer is by getting a college degree, and then going to law school. Being a lawyer is the best career for me.
My 3rd week of 5th grade was very fun. We got to do math all week in the morning, and math is my favorite subject. We got to do summarizing, which I really liked. My favorite thing this week, though, was definitely paragraphs, because with writing paragraphs, you can be really creative, and the feeling of writing really feels good, like math. This week was very fun.
I just completed my second my second week of 5th grade, and I really enjoyed it, but I also really had a hard time with all the homework I was getting, and to put how much I had to do in perspective, I didn’t know there was an Octo-Ball tournament in till Friday, because I was in study hall all the time, doing homework. I didn’t really do any exciting things this week, but I did still do a few fun things I like, like Octo-Ball and Math work. So, as you read in my intro, I had to do ALOT of homework,but the homework was mostly easy, but the main problem I had with it was that I had so much homework, I started forgetting about some of it, and i’m really sure I will not get a good work habits grade this week, but I got it all under control on Thursday. I also said I had math, and it was my category, and I am also very good at math, and my topic this week in math was numeration, and my favorite lesson in math this week was definitely multiplying and dividing decimals, because it just felt good doing it, and it was very simple and smooth, at least to me. So, this was my second week of 5th grade, and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were very bad for me, but I loved Thursday and Friday, because they were way more fun for me, and i’m done with this post, so see you in a week!
I just completed my first week of 5th grade, and this is what I did. First, I wrote and illustrated a comic about a superhero defeating a bully trying to steal a kid’s lunch money. Next, thanks to some nice video editing, I was a super hero, destroying a piece of paper with the word bullies on it. Then, we went to the class garden, and we picked carrots and beans, then planted more carrots. Last, I started this very blog, and posted on it. This week was a super fun week for me, and for most people in my class.
